Thank you for the suggestions about sleep and staying asleep! Melatonin and Valerian root work very well for me. After taking it...I seem to wake up in the morning, alert and ready to work.

When I get stressed and don't exercise for a couple of days, I seem to have more trouble going to sleep with these supplements...but it works well most of the time.
