#1 Canned Salmon Recipes - Salmon-Cucumber Sandwich

• 1/4 cup of cream cheese

• 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill
• 1 lemon (zest and juice)
• salt and pepper

• Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise or reduced fat mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup chili sauce
• 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish

Heat a large skillet with the frying olive oil over moderate heat. Separate the canned salmon with a fork. Add the bread crumbs to the bowl and mix both bread and fish with your hands.

Combine the eggs, add the spices and salt, bell pepper, parsley, dill, and the zest of one lemon to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients with your hands.
