Are you experiencing adrenal fatigue or hypoadrenia?
The adrenal are two small glands located on top of the kidneys and they are no bigger than a walnut.

These glands produce two hormones called epinephrine or adrenaline and norepinephrine or noradrenaline. Adrenal fatigue will prevent you from dealing with stress in difficult situations.

In stressful situations (problems with your job, divorce or a fight with your spouse), your adrenal glands will produce epinephrine which causes your heart and breathing to speed up and your blood usually floods your lungs, muscles and brain.

At the same time the blood supply moves away from the digestive system and sugar is dumped into the blood in large quantities to give you more energy.

To avoid adrenal fatigue, regular exercise is recommended not just for weight control but, it improves the function of insulin, serotonin, norepinephrine, all thyroid hormones and cortisol. Exercise will be relaxing and will help you deal with stress which is essential to the maintenance of healthy adrenal glands.

Getting plenty of sleep, eating a balanced diet of healthy, whole foods, taking a high quality daily vitamins/mineral/nutrients supplement is recommended, drink water and green tea instead of cola drinks, use natural progesterone cream if necessary.
